Since each situation is unique, we cannot provide a one-size-fits-all approach to pricing. So, reach out to us today for a price quote that covers your specific needs.

Billing

We like to make the billing process simple and efficient.After completion of the service, an invoice will be sent to the billing contact. Payment will be due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. We accept checks, credit card payments, and direct deposits.


Our rates match industry standards, and many of our clients have been eligible for tax deductions for interpreter payments. Contact your tax professional to see if you are eligible for tax deductions for the payment.

Cancellations

We’d hate to see you go, but we understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. Our policy is that you must cancel services within business hours and 48 hours before the start of the service.
